Shane is a Business Intelligence leader with extensive expertise in telecommunications. Jean Marie has over 30 years of IT and communications expertise in the telecommunications and mobility industry, specializing in mobility, UC&C, network integration, and voice/data consulting. She began her career at Bell Atlantic and later focused on network integration consulting and system improvements. Before rejoining Verizon in 2006, she led a channel sales engineering team at XO Communications. At Verizon, she has led UC&C and contact center engineering teams, worked in green technology consulting, and specialized in virtualization and data center energy efficiencies. For the past four years, she has supported global mobility products and initiatives in a Tier II engineering role.
